To apply for a visa you need:

 - Passport, or copy of your passport (in most cases original passport is still required for one day)

 - Three recent passport sized photographs (at least two identical, non-glossy)

 - Name of company, where applicant is employed and position (or equivalent of, proof of employment is not required)

 - Travel insurance** for the whole period of validity of visa (or copy of)
