Overview:
Apartments in the city center near Tartu University, Estonia. It is the perfect location for students, individuals, artists, RTW-travelers, families and small groups max. 21 people.
We are between the main building of the University and the Festival Arena in an interesting part of the city. The apartments are a peaceful place for living and are practically located in the city center, with plenty of possibilities for leisure.
We have 5 apartments with a total 21 beds. All apartments have own kitchen and bathroom. Free internet and car parking front of Tartu Student Villa house in street.
Every apartment has separate internet connection / WIFI and TV. Storage room for bicycles and private garden corner. Nearby there is a sports park and the River Emajõgi.
Please note that credit cards are not accepted. Apartments are for non-smokers, smoking only outside. Pets allowed.

Location:
When arriving to Tartu by bus or train you may take a taxi to get here. It costs about 4 EUR from station to Tartu Student Villa. If you have a map of Tartu you may also walk through the city-centre about 20 – 30 minutes to arrive to Tartu Student Villa. Finally, if you have arrived Tähtvere street 48, please ring the doorbell. From Tartu Student Villa to City Centre about 15 minutes walking. Tartu University (0,5 km), City Centre (0,5 km), Toomemägi Hill (0,5km), Festival Arena (0,5 km), Emajõgi River (0,5 km).

All rooms are furnished with all comforts such as electrical heating, hot/cold water (boiler), WC / shower, bed-linen, towels, automatic washing-machine, refrigerator, microwave cooker, TV and more. Free internet in every apartment and car parking front of Tartu Student Villa house in street.
Meals:
All apartments have own kitchen with refrigerator and microwave cooker, automatic washing-machine and vacuum cleaner. No breakfast because you have your own kitchen. Self-service living in own apartment.
