Location:
Conveniently situated at the city's most central location, close to the medieval Old Town, main business and entertainment area. Distances: Medieval Old Town - 0,5 km, International Airport - 6 km, International Helicopter Port - 1,5 km, International Ferry Terminal - 1 km, Main Railway Station - 2 km.

Facilities:
All apartments have modern furnishings in pastel colours. Each apartment has a fully fitted kitchen (with fridge, electric stove, coffee machine, electric water kettle), a dining area, a living room with sofas, Internet connection and bedroom(s).
Most of the bedrooms have 2 single beds, which can be connected in case of a request for a double bed.
All apartments are spacious enough to work in or to receive guests.


Special Notes:
Cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels occurs once a week if your stay is longer than 7 nights. In Business Suite Apartments, cleaning is every 3 days. Additional cleaning is available for an extra charge. Business class apartments have free transfer on arrival and Business suite apartments on arrival and departure. Standard class apartment prices don't include free transfers.

Directions:
From the airport to the city Bus no. 2 leaves the airport for the city centre and port every 20 minutes, and operates from 7 AM until midnight. The price is 15 EEK (equals to 1 €); tickets can be bought from the driver. The airport bus stop is located in front of the departure hall. The downtown bus stop is located on Laikmaa Street, between the Tallink Hotel and the large Viru Centre, attached to the Sokos Hotel Viru. From the bus stop to Sakala 16 is around 800 meters. You should take Estonia pst and go along until you arrive to Estonian National Opera. Few meters after that there is a Sakala street going to left. Sakala 16 is in around 300 meter distance from the crossroad of Estonia pst and Sakala street. A Taxi stand is located in front of the airport. The fare from the airport to the city centre is about 100 EEK (equals to 6 €). Directions by car to Sakala Residence, Sakala street 16 Getting by car to the city centre, you should follow the signs to “KESKLINN/CENTRE” and you will arrive very easily to the centre. In case you are arriving from south or east following the main road to the centre, you should turn left on Tartu mnt and Liivalaia crossroad (there is Stockman shopping centre on that crossroad). Drive along the Liivalaia street, around 1400 meters, until you arrive to crossroad with Pärnu mnt. Turn right from there and drive until the next crossroad with traffic lights. Turn again right to Estonia pst, and after around 200 meters there is a street going to right, take this street and the first street to the right (after 50 meters) is Sakala street. Sakala 16 building is behind the green wood building on your right. Those who arrive from west, following the main road to the very centre, turn right to Estonia pst from the Pärnu mnt, Kaarli pst and Estonia pst crossroad. After around 200 meters there is a street going to right, take this street and the first street to the right (after 50 meters) is Sakala street.
