Facilities:
The apartments are fully furnished to a high standard and offer guests every convenience: non-smoking rooms, baby cot (on request), central heating, iron, fresh bed linen and towels on arrival, free laundry, weekly cleaning, internet, cable TV, hair-dryer, coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, cooker, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
Meals:
Breakfast Basket for 10 eur per person and has to be ordered at least 2 days before arrival.
Special Notes:
There is no 24h reception. Our office on Pilve Street 4 is opened 10.00-18.00, during this time you can check-in. If you cannot arrive before 18.00, please inform us!
When booking 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments a deposit fee of 40% (but not less than 150 EUR) will be required on arrival in order to cover any extras or incidentals above the total amount payable for the duration of your stay. In the event of any damages done to the apartment or individuals, the deposit fee will be used to cover these damages. In the event of no damages, the deposit fee will be returned to the customer at the time of check-out.
